WHITNEY CEREMONY RESCHEDULED FOR JULY 27.(CAPITAL REGION)

BALLSTON SPA -- The ceremony dedicating the 1992 proceedings of theSaratoga County Board of Supervisors to the memory of Cornelius Vanderbilt Whitney has been changed to July 27 at 3 p.m.

The ceremony was originally set for July 21, but was moved to July 27 to accommodate the schedule of Whitney's widow, Marylou Whitney.
